F.A.Q.s
Will cleaning damage the paint, trim, or siding?
No. We use high end equipment with the correct level of pressure, as well as safe and gentle cleaning products to ensure there will be no damage to your property.
How often should I have my house washed?
Soft washing with professional equipment and the proper chemicals allows your home to stay free of algae for 1-2 years or more. A traditional pressure washer can not only damage your home, it also will require your property to be washed mutiple times per year to keep it free from algae.
Do we need to be home for our estimate?
No. Most estimates can be completed online and sent to you same day. Occasionally we will need to visit your property to complete your estimate, however, it is not necessary for you to be home as long as the area you want cleaned is accessible.
How much do services cost?
Our pricing is determined by many factors. We always offer a free estimate which is based on the square footage of the home, or surface being cleaned, the number of stories, the amount of debris, the pitch of the roof, and more. We always aim to price our services very competitively with a high quality final result to ensure you are fully satisfied with our services.
Do we need to remove items that are on our porch or deck before power washing begins?
Yes. Please make sure whatever area you are having cleaned is completely cleared of all furniture and items. If for any reason you need assistance in moving any items you can inform us before your scheduled appointment and we would be happy to help.
What if it is raining during the time of my appointment?
We will attempt to verify weather conditions and schedule your appointment accordingly, and we are able to work in light rain conditions, however, if the weather makes us unable to complete your appointment we will get it rescheduled right away to suit your schedule.
Can't I just power wash myself?
You can, but we do not recommend it. The typical pressure washing machine that is purchased for home use can cause etching and damage to different parts of your home if the pressure is too high. Also, pressure often has to be turned too high for effective cleaning due to the wrong mix of chemicals and cleaning solutions. We utilize soft washing with commercial grade tools to ensure there is a superior clean, and never any damage to your home or property. Not only will our services extend the life of any surfaces being cleaned, rather than potentially damaging them, but the results will last much longer than when done with residential grade equipment.
